Standardized production
Our production is DIN ISO 9100 and our cables are ESCC 3901 certified. We crimp according to ESA ECSS-Q-70-26 and solder according to ESA ECSS-Q-70-08. Our processes are 100% traceable with batch number storage. Final controls including retention tests are carried out in our own micro-section and RF laboratory.
Secure harness design
During the development phase, we determine the design and specifications of the harnesses and create 2D product drawings. Our range of services includes variant and configuration management, revision control and subsequent documentation.
